What payment methods do you accept?

What are the delivery times and costs?

 

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment

  • Shipping method: via courier service (Econt) – to an address or office

  • Cost: based on the courier’s tariff

 

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, if the product:

 

  • is in original condition

  • has unopened packaging

  • shows no signs of use

 

 

Note: Returns are not accepted for sealed products that have been opened after delivery.

How do I return a product?

  • your order number

  • optional reason for return

  • your bank account (if a refund is needed)

 

Who covers the return shipping costs?

 

  • For orders within Bulgaria – return costs are covered by us

  • For international orders – return costs are covered by the customer
